Annabel Dixon Williams was a devoted wife, mother, educator and Christian who spent her life tirelessly helping others. During her years here at Northfield Community Church she played in the handbell choir, taught Sunday school, and served on the Board of Christian Education, eventually becoming its chairperson.

Because of her work the Northfield Community Church established the Annabel Dixon Williams Cultural Series in order to offer artistic events to the wider community. The Board of Christian Education established the Annabel Williams Award given annually to those persons who reflect the values that she brought to the church.
