Ronda Bower

Pastoral Associate for Family and Educational Ministry

Ronda Bower, Pastoral Associate for Family and Educational Ministry, has been at NCC since June 2006. and keeps busy at NCC having fun with Messy Church, Sunday school, confirmation classes, adult studies, and lots of special events.

Ronda moved to Chicago from Florida where she had worked as Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministry; Director of Christian Education; and as an elementary and middle school classroom teacher. Ronda graduated from Concordia University, Nebraska, majoring in elementary education.

Ronda is the mother of two and is married to Rev. Dr. Thomas Bower. When she can, Ronda loves to travel to Orlando to spend time with her four grandchildren, love on sweet dogs and cats when she pet sits, walk in the Botanic Garden, and make cross-stitch and Swedish weaving gifts for family and friends.
